Multiple Dental Implants in the Philippines: How 2, 4 and 6 Teeth Are Priced

Quick Answer: Multiplying our verified single-implant range gives ₱200,000–₱600,000 (about $3,290–$9,870) for four implants in the Philippines, against roughly $12,000–$24,000 in the US — a midpoint gap near $11,400. But straight multiplication is a ceiling, not a quote: a multi-implant case is one surgical episode with one scan, and two implants can carry a bridge spanning three teeth. The flight costs the same whether you place one implant or six, which is why these are the cases where flying actually pays.

Almost every implant price you will read online, including ours, is a per-tooth figure. That is fine when you are missing one tooth and misleading when you are missing four, because a four-tooth case is not four one-tooth cases stacked up. This page is about what changes when the count goes up: what the arithmetic actually gives you, where the arithmetic overstates the bill, and the point at which individual implants stop being the sensible answer at all.

What 2, 3, 4 or 6 implants cost in the Philippines

There is no separately verified “multiple implant” price list, so the honest starting point is our single-implant range of ₱50,000–₱150,000 ($820–$2,470) multiplied by the number of fixtures. That gives an upper bound you can hold a clinic’s quote against.

Only the single-implant and All-on-4 rows are verified prices (how we verify); the 2, 3, 4 and 6 rows are those ranges multiplied out, and the US column is the sourced single-implant range multiplied the same way. “You save” compares midpoints. Real quotes on both sides should come in under the multiplied figure.

Why the per-implant price does not simply multiply

Because a multi-implant case is one episode of surgery, not several. A good chunk of what you pay for a single implant is the cost of opening the file at all, and that part happens once no matter how many fixtures go in.

What gets shared across the whole case rather than repeated per tooth: the panoramic X-ray or CBCT scan, at ₱1,000–₱2,500 ($16–$41) for an image that covers the entire mouth; the surgical session itself, with one set-up, one sterilisation cycle and one anaesthetic; the planning appointment and the treatment plan; the post-operative reviews, which cover all the sites at once. What does not get shared is the fixture, the abutment and the crown, which are physical parts bought per tooth.

So the per-tooth figure should fall as the count rises. How far it falls is a question for the clinic, in writing, on your case.

⚠ Worth knowing:

we publish verified per-tooth prices, not verified multi-implant package prices, and we are not going to invent a discount percentage to fill the gap. What the table above gives you is a ceiling: if a clinic quotes four implants at or above four times its own single-implant price, ask why, because the shared costs above are being charged to you four times. Get the quote itemised — fixtures, abutments, crowns, imaging, surgery, grafting — so you can see which lines scale with the tooth count and which do not.

When two implants beat three

When the missing teeth are next to each other. Three teeth in a row do not necessarily need three fixtures: two implants can carry a three-unit bridge, with the middle tooth suspended between them instead of screwed into bone.

The arithmetic is straightforward. Three individual implants multiply out to ₱150,000–₱450,000 ($2,470–$7,405). Two implants come to ₱100,000–₱300,000 ($1,645–$4,935), so the fixture you avoid is worth ₱50,000–₱150,000 ($820–$2,470) on its own. Against that you pay for the extra bridge unit, and we do not hold a sourced price for a bridge pontic, so that line has to come from the clinic. The net is still normally in your favour, and it goes further in your favour the longer the span.

Whether your case suits it depends on bone volume, bite forces and where the gap sits, which is the surgeon’s call after a scan. Bridge versus implant covers the trade-off in more detail.

When the case tips into All-on-4 territory

Roughly once you are replacing most of one jaw. At that point you are no longer choosing between four implants and five — you are choosing between individual teeth and a full-arch restoration on a fixed number of fixtures.

Watch the ranges cross. Six individual implants multiply out to ₱300,000–₱900,000 ($4,935–$14,805) and give you six teeth. All-on-4 is ₱400,000–₱800,000 ($6,580–$13,160) per arch and gives you a complete arch on four fixtures. Eight individual implants reach ₱400,000–₱1,200,000 ($6,580–$19,740), which tops out above All-on-6 at ₱500,000–₱1,000,000 ($8,225–$16,450) per arch while still restoring fewer teeth. Both arches together run ₱800,000–₱1,600,000 ($13,160–$26,320).

The crossover point is not a number you can read off a table, because it depends on how many teeth are left and whether they are worth keeping. It is a clinical decision. But past six or seven missing teeth in one jaw, expect the conversation to turn to full-arch.

Why multiple implants are the sweet spot for flying

Because the trip is a fixed cost and the treatment is a variable one. You buy the same two round-trip flights and roughly the same hotel nights whether one fixture goes in or six, so every additional implant adds saving without adding travel.

Four implants from the US — the real math

Four implants, Philippines (midpoint of the multiplied range)$6,580
Two round-trip flights (LAX–MNL, example)$1,900
~12 nights hotel and food across both trips$900
Same four implants in the US (midpoint)$18,000
You still save~$8,600 ✓

Run the same sum for one implant and it collapses: $4,500 in the US against a $1,645 midpoint here, less $1,900 of flights and $900 of hotel, leaves about $50. That is not a saving, it is a rounding error with jet lag attached. Two implants clear the trip with roughly $2,900 left; four leave about $8,600. Nothing about the dentistry changed between those lines — only the count.

What pushes a multi-implant total up

Grafting and brand, in that order of surprise. Both scale with the number of sites, which is exactly where multi-implant quotes drift away from the multiplied estimate above.

Bone grafting runs ₱15,000–₱40,000 ($250–$660) and is priced per site, so three sockets needing augmentation carry it three times. A sinus lift is ₱20,000–₱50,000 ($330–$820) and applies to upper back teeth where the sinus floor sits too low. Grafting and sinus lifts explains when each is actually needed, and long-standing gaps are more likely to need one than recent extractions.

Brand compounds too. The overall single-implant range spans ₱50,000–₱150,000, so across four fixtures the distance between the bottom and the top is ₱400,000 (about $6,580) — more than the whole cheap-end case. That is a real decision, not a small one; implant brands in the Philippines sets out which tiers exist and where paying more genuinely buys something.

FAQ

How much do four dental implants cost in the Philippines?

Multiplying our verified single-implant range gives ₱200,000–₱600,000, about $3,290–$9,870, against roughly $12,000–$24,000 in the US. Treat that multiplication as a ceiling rather than a quote. Clinics price a multi-implant case as one surgical episode with shared imaging and one theatre session, so ask for an itemised figure for your actual case instead of assuming four times the single-tooth price.

Does the per-implant price drop when you have several done?

It usually should, because several costs are shared across the whole case rather than repeated per tooth: one panoramic X-ray or CBCT scan, one surgical session, one set of sterilisation and theatre costs, one course of post-operative review. We do not have verified multi-implant package prices, so we will not publish a discount percentage. Treat straight multiplication as your worst case and make the clinic quote the case, not the tooth.

Do I need one implant for every missing tooth?

No. Where several teeth are missing in a row, two implants can carry a bridge spanning three or more teeth, so you pay for fewer fixtures than the teeth you get back. Whether your bone volume and bite allow it is a clinical judgement for the surgeon who examines you and reads your scan. It is not something to settle from a price list.

At what point does All-on-4 become cheaper than individual implants?

Roughly once you are replacing most of an arch. Six individual implants multiply out to ₱300,000–₱900,000 ($4,935–$14,805) and give you six teeth. All-on-4 is ₱400,000–₱800,000 ($6,580–$13,160) per arch and restores the whole arch on four fixtures. Past six or seven missing teeth in one jaw the arithmetic usually favours a full-arch solution, but only an examination settles which is right for you.

How many trips do multiple implants take?

Normally two, three to six months apart, exactly as for a single implant. That is the fact that makes multiple-implant cases work financially. You buy the same two sets of flights and the same hotel nights whether you are having one implant placed or six, so the travel cost stays flat while the treatment saving multiplies.

What extras should I expect on top of the implant prices?

Bone grafting runs ₱15,000–₱40,000 ($250–$660) and a sinus lift ₱20,000–₱50,000 ($330–$820). A panoramic X-ray is ₱1,000–₱2,500 ($16–$41) and covers the whole mouth once. Grafting is quoted per site, so a case needing three grafted sockets carries that line three times. Ask for the quote itemised, with the extras named, before you book any flights.

Does the implant brand matter more when I need several?

It matters more to the bill. Fixture tiers run ₱40,000–₱80,000 for Korean and Israeli systems and ₱70,000–₱150,000 for US and Swiss ones, and that gap is multiplied by every fixture placed. Across four implants, the bottom and top of the overall single-implant range are ₱400,000 apart, about $6,580. The surgeon still matters more than the brand.

Is it worth flying for two implants?

On midpoint arithmetic, usually yes. Two implants in the Philippines multiply out to ₱100,000–₱300,000 ($1,645–$4,935) against about $6,000–$12,000 in the US, a midpoint gap near $5,700. Two round-trip flights plus about twelve nights of hotel and food come to roughly $2,800 in our worked example, so the trip clears. One implant does not.

What happens if one of several implants fails later?

Ask before you fly, in writing: whether the warranty covers replacing a single fixture, who pays the return airfare, and how long the cover runs. Then bring home the brand, model and batch numbers for every fixture placed, plus the surgical notes and scans. A dentist at home cannot safely service components they cannot identify, and there are more of them to identify here.
