Smile Philippines ("we", "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect and why. We are based in the Philippines and aim to comply with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (RA 10173).

What we collect

• Enquiry details you submit: procedure, country of residence, travel window, optional message, and email address.
• Basic analytics via Google Analytics (GA4) — pages visited, approximate location, device type. This is aggregated and not used to identify you personally.

How we use it

• To match you with verified dental clinics and reply to your enquiry. Your details are shared only with the clinics we match you to — never sold or given to anyone else.
• To understand which guides are useful and improve the site.

Who we share it with

We use Resend to deliver email and Google Analytics for site statistics. We do not sell your personal information. When you submit an enquiry, the verified clinics we introduce you to will receive the details needed to prepare a quote.

Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your information at any time by emailing hello@smilephilippines.com. We keep enquiry data only as long as needed to help with your request.

Cookies

We use a small number of cookies for analytics. You can block cookies in your browser; the site still works without them.
